‘Why do you need to drink more water’

Well….. loads of reasons!

If we set aside the fact that it helps regulate body temperature, helps excrete waste, improves physical performance, lubricates and cushions joints, assists in weights loss, increases your metabolism,  makes you more alert and helps you function, reduces anxiety and fatigue, promotes collagen production to keep your skin healthy (and breathe)……..

……..  it is also essential for the absorption, transportation and utilisation of both Vitamin B complex and Vitamin C.

‘BUT HOW!!!!’?  (Not how do you drink more water, how does it work?) .

Because your body can’t store vitamin B complex and Vitamin C in great quantities within your body, you need to make sure you are taking in enough of these daily, and due to both vitamin B complex and vitamin C needing water, you need to make sure you are drinking enough.
